Request a refund

Tell us which paid package or domain setup you would like reviewed. This sends a request, not an automatic refund.

Direct clients and production partners send requests to Encore. Partner-managed clients send them to their assigned partner, who can forward them to Encore.

Unused viewing is assessed against the original purchase. Completed domain setup work is not refundable. A review does not promise a refund or change your watch-hour balance.
