Make the start time, interval and finish easy to find, so viewers know when to settle in and when to come back.
Before you go live.
- Tell viewers when the performance starts, how long it lasts and when they can watch. Include the time zone.
- Agree performance, music and recording rights before advertising replay.
- Plan the sound and camera positions with your crew, then rehearse the whole experience as a viewer.
You’ll arrange the filming crew and performance permissions. We’ll talk through captions, accessibility and support on the day with you.
