Singer in an intimate amber-lit hall

An event website. A place to watch.

The applause starts in the room. Encore carries it around the world.

Bring your event to people who can’t be there. Encore puts the programme, tickets and live viewing in one place, whether you’re planning a local show or a major event. We’ll work out how much viewing you need before you go live.

No setup fee for an Encore subdomain. No account or card needed to try a design.

Try it first

Try your design before signing up.

Choose a site type, add a web address if you have one, then try images and colours. You can explore without an account or card.

Open the design preview

You can try the designs now. Ticket sales and event launches aren’t open yet, and you won’t be charged. Saving a private draft is currently available to approved reviewers only.

  1. Choose your event

One live event, a programme or a replay library.

  2. Make it look like yours

Try a headline, picture and colours. The preview changes as you go.

  3. Find an address

Change the suggested free Encore subdomain, or use a domain you already own.

  4. Talk through the broadcast

We’ll help you agree the costs, permissions, filming and viewer support before launch. For now, this needs a conversation with us.

Beyond the website

Cameras, sound, connection. Then the show.

The website is only one part of a live show. You still need cameras, sound, a connection from the venue and time for a full rehearsal.

The starting cost

Free.

Free to set up. No need to commit until you’re ready to go live.

Costs start when you are ready for your first broadcast: the launch plan covers viewing time, and paid tickets carry a 6% Encore platform fee. Stripe processing is separate.

Ticket payments go straight to your connected Stripe account. If you don’t have one, we can help you set it up.

Choose a free address such as your-name.encoreboxoffice.live. You can also use your own domain or subdomain; you’ll pay its setup cost before your event goes live.

The launch plan includes 1,000 viewer-hours shared across your audience. More viewing is available in 1,000-viewer-hour top-ups as needed.

Need filming or support on the day? We can introduce you to an independent production partner. You’ll agree their work and price directly with them.

Choose your event

From a single show to a full festival programme.

A theatre performance needs a clear start time and watch link. A festival needs a timetable. A conference may need a library that still makes sense weeks later.

Before you start.

What you can try now, and what needs sorting before a broadcast.

What can I do for free today?

Try a design, change its images and colours, suggest an address and download your choices. You don’t need an account or card. Your site won’t be published and the address won’t be reserved. Saving a private draft is currently available to approved reviewers only.

Do I need a new domain?

No. Choose a free Encore address and change the suggested name to suit your event. You can use your own domain or subdomain for a setup charge, paid before you go live. You’ll still handle registration and renewal with your domain provider.

Who films the event?

You can use your own crew or a production partner. Encore handles the website and online viewing. Your crew handles cameras, sound and sending us the video feed. We’ll agree how that feed reaches Encore, rehearse it and plan support for the day.

Can people watch afterwards?

Yes, if replay is part of your event plan. Choose how long the recording will be available and allow for that viewing time in your budget. You’ll also need permission to share the recording online.
