Encore’s prices include applicable tax. UK prices include VAT.
No setup fee. Choose a free Encore subdomain, such as your-name.encoreboxoffice.live.

Prefer your own domain or subdomain? Its one-time setup is A$195, payable later, before you go live. You’ll still handle registration and renewal with your domain provider.

We calculate this on the ticket price after discounts, before ticket tax. Stripe processing is charged separately.
Two worked examples
Both broadcasts use 1,000 viewer-hours. Paid tickets add a 6% Encore fee; free tickets do not.
01 / PAID TICKETS
1,000 viewers watch for 1 hour each. At A$10 per ticket, that uses 1,000 viewer-hours.
The A$385 viewing charge is paid separately. After that, you have A$9,015 before Stripe processing, ticket tax and your other event costs.
02 / FREE TICKETS
2,000 viewers watch for 30 minutes each. That also uses 1,000 viewer-hours.
Ticket payments go to your connected Stripe account. You pay the launch charge separately. These examples use a free Encore address and include live viewing only. Allow for ticket tax and Stripe processing too. Encore’s ticket fee is rounded on each purchase, so the total can differ from these estimates by a few pennies.
After the event
Your event website and agreed replay stay available for 30 days after the event, included in your initial package. Replay viewing uses your purchased viewer-hours; it is not unlimited viewing.
Ongoing hosting is optional, not part of the initial event total. We will agree the plan with you before any ongoing charge starts.
Stored-content hours measure the length of the recordings you keep online, not how much your audience watches. Viewing uses your purchased viewer-hours separately.
